We offer free, confidential and non-judgemental academic advice to students seeking information or representation. Our aim is to provide you with the information you will need to make an informed decision about the options available.

Below are short guides on what to do if you face any of the issues mentioned. You can also contact us if you wish to complain about some aspect of university life, such as halls of residence, teaching, or the level of support offered by your department; or have any other academic issues you wish to discuss.

If you are unsure which service to go to, or are just confused about your issue, then please don't hesitate to give us a call or email, and we'll be able to point you in the right direction.

If you have any other type of issue then there are a number of different services you can contact such as the University of Liverpool Student Support Services or the Citizen's Advice Bureau (http://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/). If you have a housing issue with a property registered with Liverpool Student Homes then you can also contact them on 0151 794 3296.
