Walking and Cycling from Lime Street Station

From the train station, you should leave via the main exit which has a large flight of stairsoutside. Take a left and follow the road around until you walk past the Britannia Adelphi hotel. Turn left and walk up Brownlow Hill. This will take you about 10 minutes. You will cross a set of lights and then see the Red Brick Victoria Building to your left. Continue walking until you see a pedestrian crossing. On your right hand side you will see the University of Liverpool Guild of Students, and there are several precinct maps in this area which you can use to find the building you require.
There are various points around the Guild and campus area where you can store or lock your bike.

By Bus

Most of the main bus services run out of the City centre and have stops very close to the University. The main stop is situated outside the Guild of Student’s Union. The bus services currently include 78, 72, 80, 86, and 35. Ask the driver if you're unsure where to alight.

By Train

The main train station - Liverpool Lime Street - will bring you directly into the City centre. There are two main taxi ranks and each of the side exits from the station. If you take a taxi ask the driver to take you to the University Of Liverpool Guild Of Students on Mount Pleasant, where you will find precinct maps on the road side.

As a University of Liverpool student, you are automatically one of over 17000 members of the Guild. We are run by 4 elected students, who are supported by staff and volunteers.

The Guild aims to make students lives better, through campaigning with you to make positive change and providing you with a huge range of opportunities to meet other people, gain new skills and have fun.
