► Great Higher Education Funding Debate

In March 2007 the National Union of Students (NUS) held an event entitled the ‘Great Higher Education Funding Debate’, bringing together students, politicians, academics and industry to discuss the future of HE.

The outcome was a document that brings together the central arguments about how higher education in the UK should be funded.

The second debate takes place in March this year and students of the University of Liverpool will be represented by officers of LGoS.

If you would like to contribute to the debate, let us know your opinion on how higher education in the UK should be funded by using the email form below. If you're looking for inspiration, download the Great HE Funding debate document and consider the ideas that were put forward last year.

If you have any questions about this or any other higher education funding issue, please do contact us.
